Courses focused exclusively on the qualification of professionals in leadership positions.

In a world of rapid changes and highly competitive, leaders must be always prepared and updated because they carry on the mission of conducting, influencing and developing teams to keep up with all those market trends and transformations.

The full Leadership Development program consists of 3 levels, and may be offered in sequence – for a single group of participants - or independent from each other – for different groups (maximum of 15 people per class):


The Leader “Profession”: Introduction to Leadership

Designed for professionals who want to take on leadership positions or who have taken over teams with little or no prior experience in people management, and who need to understand the key aspects of leadership.

Length: 4 to 6 hours


“I am a leader. What now?” – From reflection to the next step

Designed for professionals who already have some experience in team leadership, but need to accelerate their development, turning the knowledge acquired into actions. Topics covered include Self-Awareness, Interpersonal Relationships, People Management and Conflict Resolution.

Length: 16 hours


“The Multiplier Leader”

Recommended for more experienced leaders, seeking better results from their teams, or to deepen some concepts worked on in the previous module. This course brings debates about real situations faced by participants in their daily lives, and presents tools and techniques that help to multiply knowledge, prepare and train new leaders in their teams.

Length: 4 to 6 hours
